Every print is made for you after you order. Each file is checked before it is printed, and prints usually ship within a few business days.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $7.99 within the United States, arriving 2 to 5 business days after your print ships. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
Satisfaction guaranteed
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. A replacement is made at no cost to you. You do not need to ship anything back.
Changes of mind
Because each print is custom made for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for size or color preferences. Check the size and style before you order, and write to us first if you have a question.
